Check-in was early. the hotel was relaxing. - the location was fantastic, on the last stop of the yellow bus line. - the staff was genuinely helpful and incredibly helpful. - Wake-up service and ironing were offered free of charge.

Friendly and helpful staff who were patient with us and gave great suggestions. the room was stocked with everything we needed, including free wi-fi 📶. the service was super efficient during our whole stay.

The room was a little small and the bathroom very small. There was quite a lot of noise through the door from the other guests using the hallway. The television picture was far from clear.

I had a perfect stay and will be back. I really enjoyed staying in this modern and wonderful relaxing place. The location in the outside area of the bar was particularly good for everything I could possibly need. Everyone from the staff was super friendly. The service was friendly, including a friendly check-in. The pool was great, views were great, and its parking was free.

The Sudima is not ideally located if you one for shopping but it suited us fine as we flew in and out of Auckland Airport several times during our 3 weeks in New Zealand. The hotel is some distance from Auckland City but that didn't bother us as were just in there once for a look around. If you want to be near the airport, this is the perfect hotel. Thanks to all the staff. Thomas in the restaurant and Lauren in the bar were great. Looking forward to returning.

I dined at a fantastic restaurant with delicious food; the location was fantastic, just half a mile from the airport, making it easily accessible, and the surroundings were pleasant.
